Our continuous duty dust extraction systems are designed for demanding environments where conventional vacuum systems simply cannot keep up. Built for high-volume dust collection and extended operation, these units provide a reliable solution for businesses requiring uninterrupted dust management across multiple machines and work areas.
Several units are currently available and can be configured with either a 20HP or 25HP Kohler petrol engine, with the flexibility to adapt the system for Honda engines if preferred.
For maximum efficiency, the extractors are typically paired with a pre-separator system that collects dust into a 44-gallon (200L) drum before it reaches the primary filtration unit. This significantly reduces filter loading and allows operators to run one, two or even three machines simultaneously without the frequent interruptions associated with emptying dust bags or conventional vacuum systems.
We can supply complete systems including engines, separator lids, hoses and related accessories, or assist customers who wish to source these components independently.
